357g Purple Moonlight White Bing

Purple Moonlight White bings are a variant of White Peony (白牡丹) that the farmers applied to tea plants with a purple pigmentation mutation. These compressed leaves are composed of a high bud-to-leaf ratio. The processing ritual entails air drying of the tea without cooking. 

The silver appearance of the buds among the darker leaves and drying outside overnight, presumably exposing it to the light of the moon, and purple tea variant bestows the bings with the title "Purple Moonlight White".
