Phidim White Prakash
Phidim White Prakash
Nepal white tea from Nepal’s incredible high altitude terroir.
From Kanchanjangha Tea Estate in Phidim, Nepal, at an average of 1,500m (4,900ft), up to 1,800m (5,900 ft). The environment is basically as cold as tea can handle, in the Himalayas. The tea grows slowly and exceptionally fuzzy to help accommodate the climate.
Tasting notes from tavern suppliers:
This is beautiful material with a smooth, buttery and creamy flavor, with notes of cashew and vanilla. Don’t sleep on Nepal white teas!
