Water Profile: Autumn helps smooth out any leafy, bittersweet flavors, and brings out warmth and depth. Expect more fruity, woody, and rich malty notes from your teas. Especially wonderful for black teas, pu’er and heicha, and darker oolongs.

Packed in custom-made, food-grade calibrated droppers. Includes two bottles, Hardness (A) and Alkalinity (B), to be used when you make water, plus detailed instructions and support.

It’s more convenient than you’d think.

• Step 1: Fill your kettle with purified water (1 L)
• Step 2: Add 1 mL from bottle A.
• Step 3: Add 1 mL from bottle B.
• Step 4: Bring to a boil.
