Description
A white tea grown in the clouds of Nepal in the coldest climate tea plants can handle. Sourced from the Kanchanjangha Tea Estate in Phidim, the tea grows at an average of 1,500m (4,900 feet), up to 1,800m (5,900 ft), growing slowly and exceptionally fuzzy to protect itself from the bitter cold of the Himalayas. It is hand-picked and air dried, ultimately gifting the brewer with a light, flowery tea.Â
