Description
Mosscap Masala Chai – The Classic Earthy Comfort of India
Our Mosscap Masala is produced using the classic Assam crush, tear, curl (CTC) method. The deep, earthy spices of tea, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper are mindfully sourced from small farms in Sri Lanka and India. Mosscap herbalists then blend these ingredients with only the highest quality teas from Assam farms personally vetted for sustainable, true organic farming practices by our Mosscap Tea partners. The result is an ancient, classic tea handcrafted to modern standards, all with an eye towards sustaining this cherished tradition for future generations.
