Description
Bird Kind Da Hong Pao (2024 Limited New Batch 練老師 鳥王種 大紅袍 ) – A Nostaligic Celebration of Home
Foraged from the ancient, 400- to 800-year-old indigenous Bird King trees in Guizhou, this tea's flavors were brought forth by re-roasting the leaves twice in accordance with Master Lian's family tradition. The Miao people have protected these sacred trees throughout generations and the region is known for its tea cultivation and craftsmanship. Master Lian and his daughter applied DHP methods from Fujian to leaves that had been resting since August, resulting in a wholly new flavor profile and experience.
